I’m in 👍 Would love to lose 8lb in June. A day late but I’ve had a great day so far. I’ve done a run today but that’s hard to do with little ones, I love walking my dog & you can get loads of steps up with your pushchair? Good luck all 🤞

Oh ok. I didn’t realise it wasn’t on top of my BMR. I’ve linked Fitbit & MFP and walk be only be logging food, thanks for great info.

I have a Fitbit Charge 2. I’m not sure of my speed, I’ll look into it. It’s fairly flat where I live so I guess some inclines. I going to track my speed later. Thanks

I went for a lovely walk with the dog today and have racked up 17,000 steps already. Hoping it will go in my favour on the scales tomorrow!

Hi I’m 43, from the UK and mum to 3.. 14,12 &10. I need to lose 60 lbs to get to my ideal weight (10 stone) but I’m thinking 45 for now as a number to focus on. Love to share motivation if anyone would like to add me. Liz

Hi Ruth, TOM is so hard, I usually feel I Need, not want chocolate. I almost obsess over it withholding my cravings until I can’t take anymore and over eat. What’s weird is I can take or leave chocolate at any other time of the month. I’ve learnt latterly not to suppress these cravings as it only leads to disaster. So I…

Love the title of this! I going to start with logging everything and upping my steps from 10,000 to 15,000-20,000 and trying only to eat half my exercise calories back.. hopeful it will work, I have 50lb to lose & I sooo want it to work! Good luck everyone!
