I have two mini goals for the spring. I usually do a 5k with family and friends in May. This time I would like to be able to keep up with them! Also I am going on vacation in April and I would love to be able to buy some smaller sized clothes for it :)

My plan is to log my food and to either go walking or go to the gym each day. My first fitness goal is to be able to jog a 5k comfortably in March. How about yourself?
