Do something you enjoy and is easy to do mine was swimming. It doesn't need to be hard just regular and enjoy it.

Hi I gave up one treat at a time crisps was the first thing the gradually cut out the things I knew where bad plenty of exercise and set goals you know you can complete.

try swimming and interval training on the stationary bike I have bad knees too and find the bike on a low cadence excellent.
