I am down 8 lbs from last week. I know it it just a first week big weight loss, but I feel even more motivated. How dos everyone else do?

v I'm doing okay so far. I have managed to stay under 1200 each day. I am not finding it too hard. When does everyone weigh themselves? Every day or once a week?

Hello, I started on Monday. So far so good. I am trying to greatly reduce carbs - since that always seems to be my downfall. We can do this!
