I was on tapering prednisone for a blood disorder for a few months. No weight gain at all- quite the opposite actually as I was warned about weight gain and was mindful of what I ate.

Same!!! I have desk job so set at sedentary but walk dog morning and night but don’t count this as a “workout” but I have just started tracking and hitting around 10k steps a day. At the moment I am eating at maintenance and letting walks create the deficit and have lost around 5kg (11lbs) in 5 weeks😃

5’6” currently at a happy 65kg/143lbs 😀 I have a curvy frame and large bust (Lowest adult weight was 115lbs/53kg a few years ago when I was unwell and looked awful!) All depends on your body shape and what you are comfortable with.

I have been a binge eater in the past. My advice is do not have your calories set too low. Doing this made me hungry and miserable and led me to binge- especially on foods I had told myself were “bad”. My advice? If you want a cupcake, EAT THE DAMN CUPCAKE. Ooh, that’s a great point making a weekly deficit instead as I guess one day wouldn’t matter if you were under overall. There are many days (especially when I work out) that I have 300-400ish left over by bedtime. Is there a way you can see your weeks results with MFP?

Hi I have struggled with this in the past I used to not log the binges because it was too depressing and I would think "I'll just start fresh tomorrow" but this never happened 1 day turned into 2 or 3. Thanks for the comment. However I am not trying to preach or talk about weight loss or anything like that. They still mock me though like when I get offered somethig to eat and I say no thanks they are like "why are you trying to lose weight or something hahah". Boobs are very heavy! My bf and I did an experiment where I hopped in the scales and he held my boobs (taking the weight off) and I went down 5kg!!!!!
