I have this problem too. Puff right up after eating something that has a lot of sodium. Drinking a lot of water helps me keep that down. Congrats on the weight loss and keep it up! :smile:

The thing with antidepressants is that a lot of people just take the pill and don't do much else to help the situation. I'm guilty of it too. Therapy, yoga, mindful breathing/meditation, kayaking, rockwall climbing, hiking. Getting out and experiencing new things could be extremely helpful especially if things like that…

You can download certain step counter apps and sync thto MFP. In the side bar go to "Steps" and then select "add a device" and it gives you the option to download pedometer apps and sync them up.

Look up a Roasted Vegetable Minestrone soup and adjust it to your liking. Its my new favourite! I personally leave out the beans.

We have the Max 3 at my gym and I find the foot holders a bit wobbly and shaky. It's definitly a good work out and it's not a machine you can slack *kitten* on

Same thing happened to me. I started wearing a scarf over my mouth and nose to stop breathing in the cold air. It works fine for slower paced but if you are pushing yourself hard I wouldnt suggest it.

I would suggest a cheat meal and not a cheat day. Plan it in advance and stick to the plan. It will help to diverge you in the face of other cravings. And try to fit the meal into your daily calories. Opt for a homemade burger with a hearty salad without fries and a pop.
