I just found out I'm pregnant. I'm 8 weeks 4 days. I've lost 4 lbs but I was 35 lbs over my pre pregnancy weight from my first 2 years ago so I need to lose still. I'm looking to get fit and healthy during this pregnancy and hopefully I won't gain much! Feel free to add me

I was thinking about doing weights on Tuesday Thursday and maybe Saturdays too. Yoga Sundays. Run the other three days. My daughter is 10 months old now and I hate my arms and well...everything. I gained weight evenly so I'm starting to run and am trying to decide which weight lifting program to do on my days off. I'm thinking Chalean extreme since I think it has 3 days "off" so I'll do running on those days.

I am starting Monday with the new rules of weight lifting for women. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for weight training and Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday I'll do the weight loss setting on my elliptical.
