It won't make you lose weight, but it is good for you! I've been switching out my morning coffee with creamer for green tea with honey and lemon a few days a week.

My son is 10 months old. I gained 36 lbs during pregnancy. All but 11 lbs came off within the 1st month... Trying to lose that plus some from before I got pregnant.. Hoping to lose about 30 lbs total.

I'm vegetarian. Have been for several years, including my entire pregnancy. My son is 10 months old now! So far he's vegetarian also, but he's just started eating solids... I think we will let him decide when he's old enough. Add me if you'd like!

Yes, you can still eat dairy and eggs if you want too. You'd be a "ovo-lacto vegetarian". That's what I am.

A normal vegan diet is a lot healthier... Fruits and greens are great, but that diet seems to be lacking some stuff! And not to mention the HUGE portions... I would vomit if I ate 10 bananas! Also, a lot of people gain weight doing rt4... Not with it IMO...

I'm 4'8! Still working on my success story! Lol. I'm currently 141lbs... My first goal is 132 (prepregnancy weight from before having my son) and then 127... My ultimate goal is 112 but that's alot... Taking it 5 lbs at a time for now!

I like to freeze it and then thaw it out first. It completely changes that texture and makes it less mushy. I usually bake mine... We eat out several times a week. I track what I eat and do my best to meet my calorie goal for the day. Still losing weight! It can be done, you just have to track it!

I didn't give up my favorite foods and never will... Why? Because I can eat what I want (in moderation) and still lose weight! I had a medium french fry for lunch yesterday and was still under my calorie goal for the day! I had a much healthier lunch today... It all balances out!

Potato chips and beer are vegetarian... Vegetarians eat a lot more than just fruits and veggies! I'v been veg for many years now... I LOVE french fries, pizza, and Mac N cheese!

Shivering is the body's way of producing heat. It does use enery so you are burning calories, but probably not as many as you'd hope. And where are you? Sounds like the weather where I am (Georgia). It was 79* on Christmas but was below freezing this morning! Craziness!

My favs: Popcorn- you get a pretty big serving for 100 calories. Greek yogurt- lots of protein... Add some fruit or cereal to bulk it up a bit and add crunch.
