I keep some in the fridge to have as a snack or breakfast if I'm in a hurry... I really like the taste! I wouldn't, however, do the slimfast diet... it's not sustainable long term.

I love chocolate and still eat some most days! I would suggest individually wrapped/fun size chocolates so she only has to eat one or two pieces at a time. I had a 37 calorie dark chocolate dove heart today that was fabulous!

I don't really miss watermelon because I don't think i have every eaten it without reacting! But sometimes picnics and stuff are rough... Especially since I'm a vegetarian... Trying to find something without meat or raw fruit/veg is nearly impossible. I do eat some fruits/veg that I react to, but sometimes I suffer through…

I have some kind of candy or dessert every night. Usually one or two fun sized chocolates or a low(ish) calorie ice cream... Keeps me from going insane and eating everything in the house!

Have you tried pb2? It's not exactly the same, but its pretty good... It's not as sweet as regular peanut butter so sometimes I add a packet of splenda to sweeten it up a bit.

I try to stay within 50 calories of my goal (up or down). I don't want to leave 150 calories sitting there! But I don't really worry if I have like 23 calories left...
-
No... Because I still eat it! I love Thai food and taco bell! We don't eat out nearly as often now, but we go about once a week...

Both. I try and eat as "healthy" as possible, but I'm not giving up the things I love either... Some nights I have a giant bowl of zucchini noodles and other nights I have pizza... You have to fine the balance that works for you!

Lawry's seasoned salt or Tony chachere's seasoning.

I love milk also. And I consider it a food, not a drink though... I buy skim milk so it has the least amount of calories possible and limit myself to 1 cup or less.

I have a Pilates video I do. It doesn't need alot of space. I'm sure you can find plenty of Pilates workouts on YouTube!

I'm 4'8 looking to lose 20-30lbs

WIC paid for alot of baby food for my son but he hates it! We have a drawer full so ocasionally I'll eat one... They're pretty low cal and taste good. Makes a decent snack! And I'd rather eat them than throw them away...

I made "Tofuna" salad a few weeks ago. I baked the tofu and then shredded it up, added in mayo, pickles, and celery... It was fantastic with crackers!

Check the manufacturing code under the best by date. It's only ones that start with "A"... "B" and "N" are fine because they are from another factory. I checked my simple truth spinach and it had a "N"... Yay! Lol.

I'm wondering also... I'm getting a fittness tracker soon and I'm trying to decide which one.

I'm allergic to alot of fruits and veggies (oral allergy syndrome)... Some bother me really bad and I avoid them completely (watermelon), but other don't bother me as bad and I can eat some, like oranges and apples. Can you eat any veggies? But its not mandatory to eat fruit... You can be just as healthy without it! I do…

I personally like WW. I lost 30 lbs! I love their app for tracking. In my opinion, its easier to use than MFP. And the meetings really help with accountability. Plus you have a leader that has lost weight on WW and can give you a lot of good advice... Downside is the price! I just couldn't afford it anymore so I switched…

Track it, enjoy it, and move on! Sometimes you just need a splurge meal... That doesn't mean you failed! ☺

My husband is skinny as a rail and can eat anything he wants... I wish I could do that!
