Walking at work again for several hours! I only record abouy an hour of walking in my exercise diary, but i am moving!

Walking at work for 6-8 hours. Yay retail. Its good for sonething! Also walked yesterday for 20 min after dinner pushing my son in his stroller. We both enjoyed it.
