That is good news! My goal is to avoid eating too little while losing, causing my maintenance calories to be unnecessarily low when I get there. I've seen this happen to lots of people, including myself, years ago. I'd rather eat the most calories I can per day, while keeping my goal deficit, and doing reasonable activity.…
