Hi, I'm 51 and recently retired. I used to be very active and have 16 Triathlons under my belt. Work took precedence for the past few years and I'm back on my journey to personal health. I would love to join. I'm looking for like minded people in my age range. Connie

Hi! I struggle when there are goodies all around too. Are you able to get any of the leftovers out of your place or freeze them so they are not easily available? I have about 50 lbs to lose. I've done it before and I'm so frustrated I have to start all over.

I just got mine. I used it to make a 15 bean soup and used the leftover ham from Christmas. I love that I can saute the vegetables and then pressure cook the beans. I didn't have to soak them at all. 1 hour and done. I'm not great at planning for dinner so this is great!
