Hi All. I drank some vegetables today courtesy of my new juicer...celery, kale, carrots, ginger and lemon...an easy peasy morning shot of vegetables. As Steve Jobs said, "Eat your food as your medicine. Otherwise you have to eat your medicine as your food." Good day all!
