I make a course in my house running up and down the stairs....its a way to keep moving. Good old jogging in place and dancing like a wild person gets the cardio moving

Good for you. When I went thru chemo I also chose to work out and keep my energy up....except for 2 days after chemo I was tired. You are strong and I am here for you on your journey.

Hi I am with you. I am a paramedic and sit way too much at work in between calls. While I am out helping others I noticed how very tight my uniform is...I am there to support you!!! I get it. It's all about the health.
