I cut up a whole cucumber, add a bit of vinegar and pepper and eat. Fills me up and is hardly any calories.

To be honest I pace the length of my house when it is too cold out. Put on a good show on the TV and walk back and forth. I don't have a treadmill.

My smoothies are 50%veggies 25% fruit and the rest almond milk or water. Example from today. Handful of kale 3/4 cup cauliflower 1/2 cup peaches frozen 1 tbsp Cacao powder Scoop vanilla protein powder Squirt of honey Almond milk
