Statci, have you considered RMR testing? And having a whole work-up by a professional with a total snapshot of your number of calories needed per day and an exercise plan? I had mine tested about 5 years ago and it explained A LOT!! My RESTING METABOLIC RATE was 751 calories per day. I always had known that I literally…
