  • I save healthy recipes on this pinterest board: Healthy & Simple Recipes I'm mostly vegetarian, so these recipes have a lot of vegetables, beans, eggs, and healthy whole grains (quinoa, barley). Hope this helps someone!

  • Jamison, I feel so similar to you. 2015 was a HORRIBLE year for me weight-wise. I binged regularly, for the first time in my life. And gained about 30-40lbs in the process. Time for change! I'll have to drink less wine to stop by binges.
