  • I had the same problem 2 years ago. The trick is to up the calorie intake and focus on getting a lot more time in the gym. I lost weight twice. 1. 1700 calories with 1-2 1 hr gym sessions. I ended up a slave to hunger. It lasted about 1 month then I took a stressful consulting gig...ended up gaining all the weight back…
