HELLO!!! Of course I had to gain some bloating weight overnight... seriously! same calorie day but just added a protein shake...so anyway... my weight today was 268.8 - that is okay... cuz I am down overall! and that feels awesome!

I am here with you! It is tough to find food without it nowadays but it takes time and patience to read labels and look for it... but it really amazes me that it costs so much more to eat healthy... so crazy but I have to cut it out and here we go!!
