I love cottage cheese, never noticed flavored ones before. I'll be keeping an eye out. One thing I like to do is have some on the side with spaghetti or ghoulash and mix it in, very delicious!

I watch my added sugar, but don't worry too much about sugar that is in fruit or milk. For me, I have found too much sugar is inflammatory, especially if there are no other nutrients along with it. Like drinking pop, or eating candy for example. But if there is protein, fat or fiber with it, the sugar doesn't bother me. I…

Nice! Very inspiring. You look great!

Great job! I would like to hear more about your experience too. I am curious about parkour, but I don't know much about it.

Lol, love this!

When you put on a shirt that used to be too tight around the arms and now it s loose, with 1.5 - 2 inches hanging off.

Thank you! I was looking for something like this to track my exercise.

Tai chi about 4 hours a week and walking or hiking 4-5 times a week. I have been increasing it because I just feel so much better. I do take days off every week, and also if I feel physically drained. But I am getting better at finding the sweet spot between challenging myself and going too far. Great thread, interesting…

Wow! You look great! Thanks for updating your thread, it is super inspiring to see what you've accomplished over the past few years.

I eat cheese every day. I have a small handheld grater, and I use that to serve it up, including for making grilled cheese sandwiches. It somehow helps me to eat a bit less than I would slicing. My favorite is Old Fashioned Colby, love the texture and flavor! But all cheese is heavenly.

Lol! Hahahaha Thanks for posting that, I KNOW I would have done the same thing.

For me it does. I quit drinking for one year because I noticed it made my pain levels go way up. Then I was at a friends house and she was having a White Russian. Yummy! So I took a few sips and within two days I was covered with sores, and it took almost three months to go into remission. I do have a severe case, I have…

I was married for twenty years, been single for almost nine years, last date was over five years ago. I am fine with it, I like my time to myself. I am also raising two kids and that is my highest priority, along with my physical and mental health. Sometimes I do miss male company, and maybe I'll get out there again…

I had the same experience with most foods. I was pleasantly surprised at how much more I could eat! I love my scale.

Lol! That was so funny! Thanks for the laughs.

One thing I have learned is that any alcohol causes a flare, and no drink is worth the months of suffering I have to endure. (This is just my experience, we are all different!) Right now I am focusing on my sugar intake and feel great. I have lowered it, and most notably is how much better my arthritis is. I have not taken…

I love grapefruit! I slice it up and enjoy, plain. Especially red grapefruit! It is so juicy....refreshing....yummy! It is one of my all time favorite foods.

I have found that fruits can vary a great deal in weight and therefore calories. When I started weighing my food I was surprised at how many more calories some of the fruit had than the basic listing on mfp. I was off way more than 10 calories in those entries! Just FYI.

What a great thread! I love all the pictures and the stories about walking. The cold snap is supposed to break tomorrow here too and I can't wait. (Northern MN) I moved last fall and now I am near a great trail, around a lake with heavy woods.

I agree, start small. I am getting better at it with practice. I also watch some YouTube videos for ideas and inspiration. There is one on meal prep on the channel called clean and delicious which I really found helpful. There are others that show their shopping, and what they bought.
