I've been in this situation so many times! Here is what worked for me: 1. Plan/bring your own snacks. 2. Only eat your own snacks lol 3. I was soooo satisfied with my din din tonight! Browned ground turkey with garlic and onion powder and the garlic and herb Mrs. Dash and about 2/3 of a can of no-salt added tomatoes that was drained.
