Sometimes if I put too much pressure on myself to lose weight that makes me overeat. Probably bc it's always on my mind. When I can relax, follow my structured meals, but also just enjoy life and not worry, the weight falls off :) You got this!

I think I'm eating "plant based" At each meal I make sure 70-80%of my plate is veggies and 30-20% carb (although veggies have carbs) or protein. My go-to veggies are: steamed broccoli, veggie soups I make, smoothies with fruit and kale/spinach (easy to find recipes on google). I also do stir fry veggies, roasted veggies,…

When I eat foods I'm allergic my body becomes a little inflamed, so I avoid foods I'm allergic to (peanuts, dairy) Also, sugar is very inflammatory for me. Good luck!

From personal experience, a high fat diet is hard on my liver. I ended up with digestive issues and at the doctors office. Had tests done and my liver was unhappy. Had to go on a low fat diet for a month just to get my digestion bck on track But that was my reaction to a high fat diet. And everyone's different
