This is my breakfast: - 1 cup red bean n brown rice ( I ate 3/4 cup) - 1.5 cup stir fried cauliflower (from my fall garden) and mushroom - Siracha sauce (bc I'm Asian ha ha) I figure these pics might help keeping myself motivated because so far I have not eaten as healthy as I planned to do when I joined the challenge.…

I have an old timer scale that I used before the digital one. I will have to get back on it for now. At least the numbers were consistent.

What is the best time of the day to weigh yourself? I got one of those digital scale and man the numbers dance hip hop on me. Last night it showed 126 then this very morning it showed 123. Sometimes I get on it then get off for 5 min then get on and the numbers differ. Take off my bed robe and the numbers dance again.

My hubby had foot surgery this week. It was stressful so I blew up all my diet plans. I gained about one lb or so due to stress eating and no exercise, sorry guys.! I will get better next week hopefully.
