  • Starting mileage was at 2.5-3 miles per day, and I have upped that to about 5! Goal for daily mileage is about 6 miles. Very happy with myself today, because I was finally able to have a 10 mile long run. Didn't mean it was easy. I was cursing around the 8th mile. Haha. Half marathon is the next goal! Great progress…
