Weird animosity towards this comment. I frequently eat out of boredom, so it's a good mental reminder to consider why I want to eat before I put it in my mouth. If you're allergic to apples, chose another food. Just pick a food that you don't love (dark chocolate probably wouldn't work for me) but that wouldn't kill you.…
