  • Feel free to add me! I started a few weeks ago. I have a goal of 28lbs. and I am down 10 so far. :)
  • 1/3 cup oatmeal (made w/fat free milk) w/1 tsp sugar, a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg. One piece of wheat toast with 1/4 of an avocado spread on top. Water to drink.
  • I have issues with my blood sugar dropping too low in the morning if I don't have a small evening snack. I eat 1 cup of Special K with a half cup of milk, nothing added, works for me.It is more than 100 calories, but I am still dropping weight.
