I belong to a walking group and we walk on a weds. Between 2-3 miles. Don't know if it was the walking but woke up Thursday feeling much better and today (Friday) no soreness at all. Have no class next Monday as it is a bank holiday so will do something on the home multi gym to work the muscles.... Thanks for the advice....

Hi... I'm not lost. Well my Internet has been lost. Lol... I have had a few lazy days food wise. So today I have walked the dog, I will be going on the weights later and maybe a little leslie sansone ro make up for it. I have had a good lunch too. I am 2 lbs from my challenge goal..... Let's do this.

Just realised I've put my final goal weight. My goal weight by the end of March will be 210lbs. I will check in officially with starting stats tomorrow.

Been a good girl today. Had some leftovers today. Hardboiled eggs, some coleslaw that my son made at school and a couple crackers and a small portion chilli and rice for dinner. I am looking forward to tomorrow as my friend is coming over who I haven't seen in ages... I will not be getting the biscuits out though.

I didn't check in yesterday. Fell off wagon... Back on it today though. Grateful that my cough is nearly gone and hopefull that I will have some proper working internet soon so I can start doing some work out vids online. Keep it up everyone.

I just find this all rather strange and time consuming. Just eat the damn egg...... I'm pretty sure (correct me if I'm wrong) the calories on packaging is for the egg inside the shell anyways. So what is the point?

Is there really much difference without the shell calorie wise?

Really? I've noticed nutritional info on throat lozenges before and it did make me think who is actually bothered about the calorie value of these things. I take lifelong meds for epilepsy but I wouldn't log them. I wouldn't log an ibuprofen or any cold meds either.

I have eaten healthy today but had to skip the the work out due to having my birth control replaced this morning and am in quite a bit of pain... Am very thankful for my family for making me lots of tea. Weigh day tomorrow for me.

Quite a yummy day today... Moroccan chicken and cous cous for lunch and then home made Fajitas.... Our family favourite. Stuffed with yellow pepper and onion. I need to up my intake of water as it has dropped off this week for some reason. That can be next weeks mini challenge. Lol.

Another cold day here in uk. I'm still not over this cold but on the plus side it's slowing down the appetite. Had a quick dinner of vegetable curry and rice after picking up daughter from gymnastics. Will be off too be bed very soon. Am going to try and get in some activity tomorrow. Nite.
