I think that I am no longer as emotionally attached to food as I once was and feel more in control and conscious of the fact that whatever I put in my body will affect my progress/overall goals.

I think that the reason why so many people stress eating breakfast is because they might be like me lol. If I wait until lunch time I'll be starving and overeat like CRAZY! Like others said, it's all about the calories you intake by the end of the day. Listen to your body and eat your meals as you see fit

I think a lot of people that are serious about losing and keeping the weight off find and stick with what works for them.
