Hi All!! Feel free to add me! 😁 Fitness addict fast approaching 50 but fitter than I was at 20 by a million miles!

Try various strength training methods and find what you enjoy. I train with a multitude of methods, running, cycling, indoor rowing, HIIT, kettlebells, free weights, circuit training but what I really find is I never get bored.

Turning 50 in two months so my goal for 2019 is to be the fittest I’ve been in my life! Happy with how things are going and currently in the last six of Britain’s fittest farmer so must be getting something right 😁

I workout early and late depending on the time of year as I am a farmer. I find both have positives and negatives but I don’t have a preference and I see no clear benefits to choose either. Like everyone else I think it’s down to time management. We all do what we can when we can. Just keep working hard!

I’m into year 3 of my transformation and love it more and more. No quitting from me. And no boundaries as I close in on 50!! Cheers!

Hi! Hope you find what you need with this app! 😊

We all go through these stages! Find something you enjoy to do. Any sort of training that makes you smile is something that is easy to make a habit. I mix things up a lot so I don’t get bored. Running, gym, cycling, circuit and HIIT training. That’s what keeps me going. You got this get focused and get moving but mostly…

Vivosmart HR is a nice little bit of kit. Better features than the Fitbit in my opinion being waterproof and all notifications for calls, emails and apps. Also I'm lead to believe the HR monitor is more advanced. Anyway seems a good tracker to me.

Getting out on my bike for two or three hours is the one thing that helps me forget all the days stresses! Shame the feeling is so short lived!

I'm sure being married doesn't mean you can't have a laugh or chat with other folk?? And for sure being married shouldn't stop you getting and staying fit should it? After all MFP is all about getting fitter so whatever gets you through the day or motivates you can't be all that bad

47! When I train I feel 27 the day after I feel 57!
