Great work, and very envious! I also started in July '20 and have lost 45 pounds. My hat is off to you on beating me by 20 pounds over the same period. Give me incentive to know i can do better.

I had been pretty over weight before going into lockdown. In March, after everyone was sent home from the office I got in a daily routine of waking up, walking to the basement office, going upstairs for lunch, then having nightly martini's followed by beer and food. Great job in getting started. It all starts with one step forward. Remember this is a marathon and not a sprint so there will be ups and downs. Just stick with it and trust the process. If you are dedicated and work through the road bumps, you will succeed.

Mine is pretty simple...I got out of bed this morning and did a workout. Everything in me wanted to stay in bed. Anytime i fight and win the feeling to stay in bed is a victory.
