I'm 5'8. I felt my healthiest and strongest between 160-170, as it suites my frame. Have a ways to go, but I may be aiming for somewhere around this area ultimately.

Congrats on your loss! Our stats are very similar, so it is highly inspirational to see your progress. I agree with others about the daily caloric intake--it might be time to lower your daily target. Outside of that, you are still keeping your body strong and fit, regardless of what the scale says. You look amazing, but…

Yessss! This is great to see. Congrats on your health!

Hugs to you. So many times it's not what you do but how you do it. Don't agree with how he handled his business at all, but glad you found out now before you became even more emotionally invested. Work on you. Love you. Someone else out there will in turn do the same with much more respect and tact.

Hey there! I'm starting back again today as well. We'll all get there--we came back, right? Any positive people are more than welcomed to add me.

I'm a HS social worker. At the time that I joined MFP in January, I had the same issue--my eating patterns were terrible due to my unpredictable days/stress. After I got into a routine though, I dropped 35 lbs by May. I became too confident a bit too fast, stopped logging, and really slipped back into old habits this…

Welcome! All the best on this journey.

I'm 5'8 and first heard it at around 20 down. Now i'm at 30 down and hearing it fairly regularly. While I appreciate it, it doesn't matter. With or without it, I've got this. So do you!

Today I'm grateful that I was the mom running and playing in the park with my child instead of watching from a bench because I was too tired/lazy to join in.

So happy for you. The struggle is real but you've conquered it. Congrats!
-
That's major. Congrats!

33 here. 30 down and 30 to go; ready to hit this next stage. Feel free to add me!

There are a few. I dropped another pant size; that's two in the last few months! Crossing my legs is also for some reason very natural for me now and preferred when sitting. Weird I know, but it sticks out because it used to be such an uncomfortable and forced act. The small things we notice... Yesterday was my 100th day…

You've got this!

Just for today, I will: 1.) Complete that workout I've been putting off since Sunday. 2.) Be a bit more mindful/intentional about what I snack on.

Started Jan. 1st at around 262 and 5'8...currently at 237. Been fluctuating back and forth between 5 lbs the past 3 weeks, but that's a different story for a different day. CICO, water, lean meats, fruits/veggies and very limited processed food has worked this far in regards to nutrition. Exercise has mostly been Strong…

I wish I could advise...the only thing I can say is congrats on your successes thus far. I hope that those things continue to serve as a reminder of why you got started in the first place. Quitting puts you back into the same situation you were leaving. You can definitely do this
