I pre-make my lunches for the week and it works great! I have never had any issues with doing this. Dinner and breakfast tend to vary daily but are the same in a 4 week timeframe.

I am like eviegreen, I set my running or riding clothing out the night before to give me a little more motivation to get outside and exercise in the morning. Get out there and do it!

As jessieshanks1981 says, exercise will do wonders for your health; mentally and physically. Give your body time to acclimate to the diet change and you should be fine. You can certainly succeed!

I have never done Paleo, but friends that have found that it worked for them and the results were noticeable. Lifestyle changes are good to keep life fresh : )

Lot's of activities to do outdoors even in the winter. Walking, running, snowshoeing, cross country (classic) skiing are all fairly easy to get into; nothing like playing in the snow!
