two eggs in a pan with nonstick spray when they are almost done i toss on 1/4 cup salsa of choice a and 1/4 cup shredded cheese fold it and cook until the cheese melts this is my go to for breakfast, lunch or dinner lol

I have been throwing a serving of the Trader Joes Tomatoeless corn pepper salsa on my salads and have found no dressing needed. If i do feel like dressing I love the Trader Joes Cilantro dressing in the cold salad aisle super good and light. I am also a fan of just plain salsa as a dressing. After reading this thread…

String cheese and a banana, 28 almonds i put them in baggies and stash them also jerky is another one i like i love the prosciuto and fig idea going to give that a whirl. Thanks everyone for sharing i love getting new ideas!

Today i did 3/4 of a cup of greek yogurt and mixed in a small packet of Justins Honey Almond butter i read about that idea on here it was great and held me well.

Thinking this may be breakfast in the morning thanks for the post. I plan on subbing a little salsa since i do not have the bruschetta in the house but i think that will be fine.

i pop my egg muffins in small baggies then freeze them just pop them out when i leave the house and nuke when i get to work it works out great! I have done the same thing with egg type casseroles etc single serving in bags right in the freezer.
