Yes--it still has me at 1700-ish calories/day to lose .5 lbs per week. Which would kind of explain the 2lbs lost last month.

Both things I'm planning on trying. When I first started my exercise routine back in January, the 3.5 mile hiking trail at the nearby nature preserve was a huge challenge I could only do once a week. 5'7" here, goal weight is 160-150. I weighed around the upper end of 160 in high school and I remember being in pretty great shape back then, so I feel like that's a reasonable goal!
