I love mixing whey vanilla protein powder in yogurt, and then combine some fresh fruit and sprinkle a little bit of walnut pieces or other nuts on top

I love having a breakfast smoothie in the morning, it's quick, easy, and healthy. I use vega one protein powder, chia seeds, almond milk or soy milk and fresh fruit. The rest of the day is healthy options like turkey wraps for lunch with a little bit of hummus, lots of veggies, fruit, boiled eggs, and etc.

I love vega one, non gmo, 20 grams of protein, vegan, probiotics, antioxidants, omega 3, 6 servings of greens, and it's sweetened with stevia. I think it's cheaper than shakeology but it's not set up like a MLM. You can buy it at Walmart, some drug stores, and online.

I eat lots of protein and healthy fats, and moderate carbs and my cravings are gone. I do like snacking at night so I always have lots of baby carrots, celery, and cucumber in the fridge. I usually have two tablespoons of spicy hummus.
