That's a good idea. I feel like a lot of times I just have one big goal but it gets kind of stale chasing that so I add little goals that support it and to switch things up.

Feel free to add me. I'm 5'7", 130lbs, aiming for 125 for now and seeing how that looks before going any further. I still yet have to put pictures on here, but I've logged my food every day since Jul 2014.

Anyone feel free to add me if you'd like. I joined jul 2014 and have been logging every day since. It seems like you (OP) and I have similar goals; I'm 5'7" and am looking to lose those last pounds too (although my goal weight is 125 for now).

Yeah I'm kind of wondering if the same will happen to me...around the 130 point my hip bones start popping out but I still have a belly....argh. I'll try it and see what happens but if I happen to look better at 130, might just try to maintain that :)

Sometimes yes and sometimes no. If I do cardio on lift days it's no more than 20-30 min. Good luck with your goals!

When I reached my goal weight but put a few pounds back on, a friend told me that I had looked too scrawny and better now. It was demotivational considering I'd worked really hard to get where I was and didn't feel quite as good now. I've since learned not to take other people's comments as seriously.

I'm 5'7", 26 years old, and currently 133. I usually stick around 1700 for maintenance and work out 4-5 times a week and do some light lifting 2-3 of those days. Usually do cardio about 30-45 min per exercise. I'd like to get down to 125 since I carry most weight in my stomach, but I'm lazy and like eating a lot and have…

For a while I would keep chips out of my house. It was too easy to want to snack and then end up eating half the container about an hour before dinner. I recently started buying them again after a year and a half and found I'm a little better at controlling my portions.
-
feel free to add me. i'm mostly at a maintenance point now but wouldn't mind losing another 5-10 lbs.

I'm also having the same problem with two different challenges.
-
You look great and your hard work has paid off! Congrats.

Seconding this! I started doing this back in January and it works to motivate me a lot more than the scale, especially with variations in bloating, diet, etc.
