I'm back on MFP after seeing 200+ lbs on my scale recently and thats a big yikes! So far my plan is 5 workouts a week and trying CICO again. Losing weight after 30yo is so much harder than I realized 😦 Challenge Starting Weight: 206 Challenge Level: ☆☆☆☆☆ Challenge Goal weight: 182
