  • Hi, there's quite a bit of negativity here so I'll put my 2 pence in. I'm on my tenth day and it's going great. 14lb lighter and not at all hungry. Energy levels are up and I am still training 2-3 hours a day. If you go for it be prepared for a very rough couple of days at the beginning. This is in the form of headashes…
