When the scale said 180# and my clothes were so tight I was too uncomfortable to sit very long. My energy level was nonexistent too. too cold to walk outside, so walked around the inside of my mobile home for 15 minutes. not as much fun, but it accomplishes my goal for today

forgot to post yesterday, but I did walk 15 minutes around the mobile home park. Today I managed to get up and make it to water aerobics class, lots of steps there :)

a few minutes late for Sunday, but I walked around the grocery store for approx a half an hour, and helped a friend move all afternoon so lots of extra steps doing that :)
