I agree I need to be careful and not go straight to full on exercise. Even though I want to close those rings I will take it easy with the exercise. I have tried all kinds of ways to try and have hubby join me. It will be easier to do come summer and we get outdoors more. He just isn’t a gym guy.

I got all my exercise in today. Not doing good with eating habits. I am on the verge of a little binge session. Need to find a distraction. Got a phone call this evening that my mom had a major stroke and is in ICU. I live 10 hours away by plane. So emotional eating is trying to get me.

My snacking issues happen at work. Poor choices, mindless snacking. Sitting at a desk. I do better at home. I like your ideas to try and deal with it. My plan is to pre plan my snacks but I need to stay away from that vending machine holding the pretzels.

I am from Wyoming. Live in Alaska now. I have not been real steady with my Fitness Pal for awhile now. I have been busy dealing with cancer. I want to make sure I don’t over eat this December. Need to start a good exercise program again. Adding new Fitness Pal friends I think would be a good start to the upcoming new year.

I think I am going to be too busy for dedicated walking. I did start my new part time job which requires being on my feet for 8 hours with lots of walking.

Ok I missed a day, maybe 2? Too tired to really remember. Today I did some walking at Cabelas and looked around a parking lot for a geocache. It was cold out. It snowed and I did 30 minutes shoveling at least. I didn’t time my other walking. Granddaughter playing outside while I shovel.

I didn’t get any walking in yesterday. I really wanted to. It was a highly stressful day. I didn’t succumb to food. I went to the gym after work and did 35 min on the treadmill. A pair of swans from a trip this summer.

That cathedral is gorgeous. I walked around Costco again for 45 minutes and bought a new pair of winter boots. Then later I did 15 minutes looking for a geocache. Found it. No picture from today as my phone froze in the 20 degrees. So I will post a summer photo from the same location.

30 minutes at the grocery store shopping. I️ really don’t want to use my everyday stuff for the 30 minutes but would rather have it be extra. It will have to do I️ guess. I got a second job today. This will keep me on my feet for 6 hours. No photo today.

This walking 30 minutes everyday is getting harder. I am at work for 10 hours. It is cold and dark when I get off work. Sunshine and light would make it so much easier. I got 30 minutes done in Costco. No photos today. I decided my next hobby to take up is geocaching and tomorrow I am interviewing for a second job.
