  • Change the way you eat, make a healthy lifestyle change. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables ( in smoothies is best, lots of nutrients your body needs) , exercise regularly, get lots of rest, eat smaller portions. You will start to feel better and will be able to stay on track. Good luck!

  • I love peppermint and Lemon ginger tea, I drink several mugs a day, during the colder months it helps me stay hydrated.
