Started MFP and doing Barre twice a week on Jan. 2, 2016. I'm 5'6 and my starting weight was about 215, I've lost about 23 lbs to date (3 months), and have another 30lbs to get to my goal but I'm happy with my progress.

I've been using MFP for 7 weeks. Photo on the left was taken last week, photo on the right was from Jan. 2. I do barre on the weekends but I wouldn't consider that an intense workout routine. I think tracking my calories is the main reason for my progress.
