Added running on the treadmill to my regular workout routine. It aint pretty, and it aint for long...but i am doing it!

The scale may say i have ten pounds to lose, but my abs say otherwise because i am starting to get some clear definition.

2 weeks of endurance and strength training = shaved a minute off my mile! New personal best 9:10. I am doing something I never thought I'd be able to do. Whoa!

152 was always my "set weight" but i crept over it after my son was born. Currently I am down to 155 and working my butt off to get there! From there, I still have a good ten pounds to go.

My current cool down (30 mins on the cycle) used to be my entire workout.

Mines all "normal" albeit i do try to make healthy choices. Occasionally i add a protein shake so i am not too calorie deficit. (Its target brand vanilla whey so nothing fancy either ;) )

I do 20 minutes of "hard" cardio (run elliptical), 30 minutes of strength, and then finish with 20 minutes of high resistance but slow cardio (stationary cycle).
