Constantly needing new clothes. I pull my jeans out of the dryer and don’t know who they belong to. They’re now the smallest pants in a house full of teenage boys and grown men. I’m so thankful and determined to get to -100. I was so fat, and now I’m about to averageish. It’s a great feeling!

I’m going for 15 pounds by mid-December when my friend comes to visit. She hasn’t seen me for about 20 pounds, so 35 off would be a huge victory and put me down 83 total. Exercise required!

Totally real! I don’t think people even know they’re doing it, and then my reaction was to sit down and shut up. It was a vicious cycle, and I have to remember now not to be too loud and obnoxious. I fail frequently.

Lowcarber49, I started low carb, less than 20g/day and then was around 49g with 1200 calories. Now I just eat tiny bits of what I want and try to stay under 1200. If I cheat, I fast from Saturday night to Monday at lunch. It’s not hard after you’re used to eating almost nothing.
