  • Thanks a lot-I have reduced to 1.5lb per week, which is about 1500 calories a day, which is more reasonable than 1300 or so as set by the 2lb per week loss! I will try eating half the exercise calories back-I did that last time I was on mfp. Now I'm extra determined after the Christmas break:)
