JFT 1/26/16 -remind myself that when I ate double dinner and doritoes and chips yesterday I had indigestion at night. Ask myself if it is worth it.

Ok so if every day were like yesterday and I shoveled 4.5 hours and slogged into town for 2.5 miles I would lose 32 pounds in 5 weeks. Bwahaha. JFT 1/25/16 - get to Y today

Violin lesson prep so did not happen. Unrealistc for a work day. Maybe I will try again during this weekend's predicted 'blizzard'. Had two pieces of pizza last night. Jft 1/20/16 -organize all info on violin lessons for youngest son. I called several places a month ago but have been stalling on looking at it. Form my opinion on which to use and day and time. Present to son and husband. Discuss. Decide. -90oz water

Jft 1/19/16 -cut up cauliflower and eat some.

I also use an app called waterlogged. You pick a container and goal. As you log the water the container fills up. It is silly but I like it.

I'm awake 7am-10pm. I take my target # of ounces (90) and divide by 6 (basically a pint) Then drink that amount between 8-10am, 10-12, 12-2, 2-4, 4-6, 6-8pm. The afternoon hours are harder but I chug it down. After a while my body got used to it so I'm not peeing all night.

Jft Fri 1/15 -wash, dry, fold and put away laundry -90 oz of water (yesterday not so good) -lost .8 lbs last week. Be happy with it. I feel better after two weeks. It's a marathon not a sprint. Didn't do so well with the first two, only 90% complete. My 16 yo son fainted at school and hit his head! Might have a mild…

Jft thurs 1/14 1) do go to the gym after kid drop off this afternoon 2) do not weigh myself-tomorrow is weigh in day, no need to do today

JFT wed jan 13 1) NOT exercise and be ok with it. It's a balance and today work and family win out. 2) Remember to eat veggies I cut on Sunday.
