I feel ya. I have been able to drop most of my fat (from 230 to 185 lbs) and have kept it off for 3 years. However, I still struggle with binges. It is better but still a thing. Feel ffree to add me.

I lost all my weight prior to MFP, logging food. I believe that logging your food for a time makes you better equipped to maintain or lose weight without logging. But it is certainly doable. It isn't rocket surgery, after all. :p

Find an activity, workout, gym, sport, whatever that you enjoy. Once you find that, the activity itself is self motivating.

Yes. Binge/over eating is an ongoing struggle for me. Slowly getting better, but it is still a thing.
