I loving all the progress pics!! Well done to everyone. Yes weight training helps with cellulite as it increases muscle tone and decreases body fat. I put extra focus on my lower body training and use a thermogenic cream like 'sweet sweat' to improve circulation.

There's some great advice on here. I've sent you a friend request :)

I like, but I wouldn't say that you have to set the goal of mastering your food BEFORE your start to become active. Yes it is important for your calorie intake and food quality to be addressed at the start of your weight loss journey but moving your body at the start is important too. Resistance training & cardio are good.…

Good advice. Well done for starting & loosing 2kg so far. I would just add that it's important to eat your daily calorie needs. Your body will not release body fat if it believes that you are not going to sustain it by nourishing it. Also your body will hold onto water if you don't drink enough to keep it hydrated. I have…

Hi I've sent friend requests. After having 5 children I lost 44lbs which took me to 110lbs. I wanted to add more time & shape to my physique so I focused more on lifting weights and paying closer attention to my diet ( I never starve & still have ice cream & chocolate lol) mainly the protein, carb & fat intake. I am now…

"Every accomplishment starts with the decision to try" I recommend taking it step by step & be kind to yourself (self talk) along the way. I'd love to offer support so add me if you like

Same here, Wherever you are on you fitness journey, it becomes more difficult pushing your body to where it has never been before. So some outside motivation, inspiration and support is welcomed :) @tjradd73 sending you request

Lost baby weight, 144lbs to 110lbs. Didn't like the 'skinny fat' look so decided to increase muscle mass. I'm currently 119lbs @ 5'3" and doing a 'lean bulk' focusing on lower body heavy lifting.

Take it step by step, it'll be a trial and error journey as you get to learn how your body changes & evolves best. It will definitely be well worth the effort.

Gaining muscle mass can help fill you out & add curves. After having 5 children my weight remained at 144lbs, I was very slim before children. I began my fitness journey and lost 34lbs. At 110lbs I had become 'skinny fat' which I didn't like. I wanted to create a toned & more curvy physique. I am now heavier but leaner…

Water intake is also important but is sometimes over looked. I find that when my water intake is higher, around 3litres, my body fat percentage is lowered. A well hydrated body can function how it is supposed to.

Check that your calorie intake is correct, I recommend that you focus on increasing your protein, it should be around 0.8g per lb lean body mass. I use iifym.com to calculate calories & recommended protein, carb & fat intake. It takes into account age, weight, activity level & goals. Im 5'3", I was also skinny when…

I track my calories and focus on the macro content, protein, fats then carbs. I do this whether to lose body fat or gain lean mass

Hi I'm 5'3" , On my fitness journey I have lost 33lbs, going from 144lbs to 110lbs. At 110lbs I was slim but 'skinny fat'. I wanted to add more tone and shape to my physique so decided to focus more on lifting weights and paying attention to not only my calories but my protein, carbs & fat intake. I am now 119lbs and look…

Add me if you like. My fitness journey with lifting weights and HITT has been pretty consistent for a year & half. I'm trying to get more active on here & fill in more in my diary. My goals are to be toned and lean with curves

You could also have a caffeine supplement or pre work out drink to give you the kick needed to get started with your training.
