To loose weight you need to be in a calorific deficit, you can either eat some of those exercise calories or none at all, I find that people usually try both and see which is best for them. Me personally, I eat some if I'm hungrier that day, if I'm not that hungry and satisfied with my original daily calories, then I won't.

Are your trying to work out what extra calories you should have to make sure you can provide enough nutrition for your twins? From doing research when working with a mother of twins, that 3 mth old males are estimated 472-572 calories per day, females, 438-521 calories per day. Or are you trying to loose weight? As dieting…

As said above, there are many reasons for water weight fluctuations. I find that after my leg training days I weigh in 2/3lbs heavier but I know that it's due to my muscles being inflamed because they need to heal. If your friend is walking more than normal, the she is using her leg muscles differently, then this could…

Check that your macros are correct. Look at your training regimen...you haven't mentioned what you are currently doing in the gym. What are your stats? These will help you see where to start or where to go from here. There have been a lot of good protein sources mentioned. I have 1-2 protein shakes per day, these have…

You look lovely, congratulations on your achievement. It will be a little of both. You will have some loose skin that will be holding fat also. Skin on it's own is thinner, so if you can kind of grab it, then it's fat & water underneath.

Feeling good because of eating well and training. And being able to wear what I like without any Spanx

I love cooking with coconut oil. I occasionally drizzle extra virgin oil on a salad. But coconut oil is my go to Oil choice for food & skin...I've found great benefits for both uses.

I have a small breakfast on training days but I have a BIG breakfast on other days as it's usually breakfast & lunch together and smaller meals throughout rest of day

Me too (no2). Oatmeal makes me hungrier, if I have it for breakfast, I end up eating a double breakie! :/

I'm glad you are finding it easier to open up about your weight loss. I find that the more you express your goals to people close to you, the more it encourages you to go on and achieve them. As you begin to hold yourself accountable.

You will get there!

Your achievement is fantastic. I'm so pleased for you! :)

I did look like the 6th image above at 36% bf, now I'm around 23% bf and look more like close to the second pic. I think they can give you an idea but not the best way to judge yourself. I use a scale that measures bf and muscle mass as an indicator only. As as someone already commented, it does depend on how each body…
