I went from a UK size 18 to a size 10 in a year. There's quite a story but if I can do it, anyone can!

    Congratulations! An amazing difference. I'm curious about the DDP yoga. Do you mind telling me about your routine (how often per week etc). I bought it years back but just never managed to get into it... maybe I should give it another try.
